Presented to an individual or organization who has been a positive role model in our community especially to the Puerto Rican/Hispanic youth.

Youth Leadership

Presented to a middle or high school student who has demonstrated leadership qualities and has been an advocate in the Puerto Rican/Hispanic community and to our youth.

Education

Outstanding individual who has contributed a substantial amount of time improving and promoting education for the PR/Hispanic community

Arts & Culture

Recognizes an individual or organization for their dedication to preserving the history and promoting cultural awareness of the Puerto Rican heritage.

Community Service

Recognizes an individual or organization for their outstanding dedication and service above and beyond the call of duty for the improvement of the Puerto Rican/Hispanic community, particularly in the areas of education, philanthropy, health, preservation, and the neighborhood.
